*Check our calendar for available dates before submitting a hunt request form. ​

* When looking at the calendar, each "OPEN"  on the calendar is a person, not a party.

*Each person in a Trapping/hunting party must fill out a form. 

​

*The requested dates are not confirmed until a confirmation email or phone call is received. ​

​

* Your Dates are not locked in until the 50% down payment is received. An invoice will be sent to you after the dates are confirmed to be open.

* There is no payment option available on our website. We will email you an invoice from Square. The payment option you select is how your invoice will be set up.

**You have 7 days from when the invoice is sent to pay the deposit. If not paid, the requested dates get opened back up on our Calendar** ​
